Returns Accepted

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Whether you received a damaged item or simply changed your mind, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Defective Products

We also accept returns for non-defective products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.
